God provides solutions for our anxiety and depression. God can even help to mitigate chemical imbalances. We just need to pray and ask for help. It really is that simple. Anxiety for me is caused by a mismatch of what I am doing and what I should be doing – staying on the path God outlined for us. We weren’t created to vacation, shop, or play video games all day, but to work. So get busy doing what God created us to do; creation of our own.
